Capacity: 40,000 tons/year

Core Shop: With 17 core-making machines ranging from 20 to 100 liters, cores of various weights and geometries are produced using both Cold-Box and Hot-Box processes.

Melting:
Melting operations are carried out with five induction furnaces—three line-frequency and two medium-frequency—with a total metal delivery capacity of 9 tons per hour. GG-25 and GG-30 grades are produced, and additional alloying processes are performed according to customer specifications.

Molding:
Production is carried out through three molding lines: Künkel Wagner (KW), Gustav Zimmerman (GZ), and Furan molding systems. 

Foundry Plant – 1 Line Speed / Flask Dimensions:

• 1 x HWS Molding Unit with Gustav Zimmermann Molding Line
Flask Dimensions: 900 × 1200 × 350/350 mm
Line Speed: 100 molds/hour

• 1 x HWS Molding Unit with Künkel Wagner Molding Line
Flask Dimensions: 600 × 800 × 300/300 mm
Line Speed: 100 molds/hour

• 1 x Furan Molding Line
Used for the production of parts over 200 kg requiring high dimensional accuracy.

Fettling: Grinding operation of cylinder heads is carried out by CNC controlled automatic grinding machine. Other casting parts are cleaned from casting sands and burrs by shot blasting machines and pneumatic tools, respectively.
