To supply castings, machined parts and components to the industry requiring high quality and precision to meet the ever-changing market demand,

To achieve customer satisfaction by analyzing expectations to raise quality performance to higher levels than customer and market requirements,

To protect our reputation and brand value in the view of our employees, customers, suppliers and the public,

To ensure environmentally friendly production with efficient management of inputs and natural resources and reduction of our carbon footprint, based on the principle of sustainable development,

To evaluate electric energy from design to overall process, which is the biggest portion of the total energy consumption,

To increase energy performance by taking energy efficiency into consideration during new machinery and equipment investments.

To reduce waste primarily at source and to prevent environmental pollution by following technological trends and to protect the environment,

To create safe, healthy and efficient working conditions in order to prevent injury and health worsen, to define the hazards that may cause occupational illnesses and working accidents, to prevent and eliminate the hazards and to prevent negative environmental effects that may arise from our activities,

To ensure that basic and supporting activities proceed with minimum interruption, to maintain and improve reliability by protecting the principles of confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of assets, to ensure that information is accessible only by authorized people, to reduce the possibility of experiencing an information security violation incident and to respond in a coordinated manner in case of an incident, to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of our customers’ information assets,

To comply with national and international legislations and other requirements regarding environmental aspects, energy efficiency, energy use, energy consumption, occupational safety
risks and information security,

To continuously improve the effectiveness of the integrated management system and its performances, to review these periodically by setting objectives and targets, intended for processes, to provide all the information and necessary resources to perform them, to define, evaluate and review the risks and opportunities related with quality, environment, occupational health and safety and energy and the risks related with information security and to decrease and minimize the risks,

To create a corporate culture that is open to continuous improvement based on the cooperation and feedback of the relevant parties, by training all our employees, suppliers and subcontractors,
and ensuring the consultation and participation of all our employees and employee representatives, in accordance with our understanding of social responsibility.
